The rooms are reasonably large here with the bathroom, a shower plus comfy bed. The breakfast is delicious and great, and the location is amazing just off Eden Lodge and both the Falmouth Town train station and Gyllyngvase Beach ideal.

Cheap and bright room with ensure very clean, spent our time lovely. The location of this quirky and formal hotel was brilliant, far to close to the owners living quarters. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Gyllyngvase.

The location was excellent - close to sea front and town and the harbour which was lovely. The bed was comfy, the room was en suite and brand-new. All the services were good.
